In the aftermath of the Nepal earthquake, food, water, shelter, medicine, and other supplies are urgently needed by the victims. The international community has been quick to respond, but the sudden influx of relief goods has challenged the capacity of the airport in Kathmandu to quickly get help to those who need it – and that’s exactly where the DPDHL Group’s Disaster Response Team (DRT) aims to make a difference. Within 48 hours of the Nepal earthquake, DRT volunteers were headed to Tribhuvan Kathmandu International Airport to provide logistics support and help manage the incoming international aid.

For more details on the DRT deployment in Nepal, you can read the full press release on the DPDHL Group’s corporate website.
