BIOGRAPHY

Leonora Lim is Vice President in Asia Pacific of DHL Customer Solutions and Innovation, Life Sciences and Healthcare. This role involves her in close collaboration with the Life Sciences and Healthcare leads in all of the DHL business divisions. Working together with these colleagues, she helps to identify, explore and meet customer needs, develop new solutions, and ultimately drive business growth in the DHL Customer Solutions and Innovation Life Sciences and Healthcare portfolio in Asia Pacific.

In this role, which she has held since February 2016, Lim also nurtures and develops Life Sciences and Healthcare talent and expertise in the organization. Additionally, she promotes DHL capabilities in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector through global conferences and at DHL’s annual schedule of customer-centric events across Asia Pacific and in Singapore.

Her career with the Deutsche Post DHL network spans more than a decade. Prior to her current role, Lim was Global Customer Manager in the Asia Pacific DHL Customer Solutions and Innovation Life Sciences and Healthcare group. Before this, she held the position of Regional Customer Manager in the same group, a role that provided insight into a wide array of logistics services, with responsibility for key customer relationship management at cross-divisional level during a challenging post-merger period. In recognition of her achievements, Lim was named in DHL Customer Solutions and Innovation Asia Pacific as Salesperson of the Year 2011 and Employee of the Year 2012.

Based in Singapore, where she was born and raised, Lim has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with Honors from the National University of Singapore and is a Graduate of the Singapore Association of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators. She is a classically trained pianist and is a Licentiate of the Trinity College of London (Piano Performing).

Lim speaks English, Mandarin, and basic French. She is married, with four children. A keen tennis player, she also holds a Poom Black Belt in Taekwondo, and played keyboard in a DHL cross-business division band called “The Rollin’ Shipment”.
